Sr. High will practice from 8-9
Monday- Thursday
Jr High will practice from 9-10
Monday-Wednesday
7th grade will practice from 9-10
Monday and Wednesday not Tuesday.

Monday July 13th the 7th-9th grade football players will meet in front of the Sr. High locker room. ALL players will need water. This cannot be stressed enough.
7th grade mask will not be required but recommended because we will not go indoors with them.
8th and 9th grade players will be required to wear mask in the weight room.
The first week we will practice from 830-930 Monday- Wednesday to get the kids acclimated to the heat per Arkansas Activities guidelines. They will be off Thursday and Friday the first week.
We are very excited to see the young players!
Nate Dog Ward our senior starting corner is always consistent. He went up 10 on bench, 25 on power clean, 20 on squat, and 20 on incline. So proud of Nate!
Football
7th grade through 9th grade practice will start Monday, July 13th from 830-10. We will practice every Monday-Thursday.
Gosnell Football will not workout July 1st-3rd. We will resume practice on July 6th.
