-We are asking to try and limit the participants to just a student and 1 parent/guardian.
-We will also hand out all the first day forms/packets. We are giving you the opportunity to fill them out that night and turn them back in before you leave so we can get a jump on possibly handing out the devices to each student if their forms are turned in and correctly filled out and signed.

UPDATE FOR PHYSICALS!!!!
The physicals location for tomorrow have been changed to the old elementary cafeteria. Times and everything are the same, just new location due to the new pavement construction.
ATTENTION ALL ATHLETES AND PARENTS OF ATHLETES:
There will be free physicals on Tuesday, July 20 on the campus of Gosnell Public Schools for ALL athletes for the 2021-22 school year. ALL athletes must have a current physical to participate as well as an up to date medical history. The physical forms/medical history forms can and should be obtained from your student’s coach or there will be copies on site as well. If your student plays or is involved with multiple of these sports then they need to attend the earliest time slot in order to get them all taken care of. Your student doesn’t have to get this free physical but they MUST have a new/current physical to participate. We are appreciative of the hospital for providing this service for us and our students. If you have any questions contact your student’s coach or the High School at 870-532-4010 and we will be glad to answer any questions you might have.

The second dose of the Covid vaccine for students will be offered on Tuesday, June 1 at 8:30 a.m. in the High School Auditorium. The is the second shot for the individuals/students who have received the first round of the vaccine at the school
The Jr High and Sr High Academic Awards assembly will be on Friday, May 21. Awards for grades 9-11 will be at 9:30 a.m. in the High School Auditorium and the awards for grades 7-8 will be at 1:30 p.m. in the High School Auditorium. Each student that is receiving an award was sent a letter home in the mail and those students who received a letter can have 2 family members ONLY to attend the program. Each family member will enter by the High School Office and will be required to wear a mask. Gosnell School District will be offering a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Tuesday, May 11 for students age 16 and over. Vaccinations will be provided by Gosnell Drugs. Any student between these ages interested in receiving the vaccine should return the parent consent form that is being sent home with eligible students to the high school office. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ve had to change the date to this year’s Spring Show. Pre-k through 2nd grade dancers will now perform on Monday, April 26 at 7:00 p.m. in the High School Gym. 3rd grade through 6th grade will now perform on Tuesday, April 27 at 7:00 p.m. in the High School Gym. Sorry for the inconvenience but this also allows us to be able to get more people the opportunity to see the performance this way. Thank you for your patience and understanding!!!
Baseball game will be rescheduled
Baseball game today is canceled and be rescheduled at a later date. Junior high track meet will be moved to Thursday of this week
Gosnell Schools will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday (February 16 & 17th) because of inclement weather. Both days will be Virtual Learning.
Reminder that there is NO SCHOOL tomorrow in observance of President’s Day!
Vouchers ARE required for the Jr Boys game today vs Manila at 5:00. Coaches have vouchers and will hand those out.

Attention Secondary Parents: HAC is now back open! You will need to go in and change your password after the update to the system.
-Go to the school website (www.gosnell school.net)
-Click on HAC under the menu tab
-Choose the school
- Type in your username
- Type in the new password (Pirates1)
- This will prompt you to create a new password
